Cook Your Hometown

Nobody in Gurgaon is from Gurgaon. Bring a taste of where you are.

What happens

  1. Bring or cook one dish from your hometown
  2. A tasting table, with a 60-second story per plate
  3. Vote for the dish you’d travel for

Who it’s for

  • You like cooking together, or at least eating what everyone else cooks.
  • You like hearing where people come from and sharing a bit of yourself.
  • You’re new to Gurgaon, or you’ve been here a while and want to meet new people.

Good to know

Cook Your Hometown, answered.

When does Cook Your Hometown happen?

Weekday wind-down: Thu · 7:30–10 pm. We set the date once enough people swipe right on it, and the people who did hear first on WhatsApp.

How many people come?

8–12 people. Small enough that you actually talk to everyone at the table.

How much does it cost?

Joining is free. Food and drinks are yours to order, like any other night out.

Where is it?

It starts in or near Gurgaon. Each dated table shows the area, and confirmed guests get the exact address a couple of hours before it starts.

Do I need to know anyone?

No. Most people come alone. We read every request so each table has a good mix.
