Terms · Updated 23 October 2026
A few ground rules,
so everyone has a good time.
The short version: be kind, show up if you said you would, and know what a plan costs before you go.
Using Ayvro
You need to be 18 or older and use your real name and contact details. One account per person.
Requests and seats
Most plans are approval-based: you request a seat and we review it. A request isn’t a booking until we confirm it by email. We can decline a request, and we don’t always give a reason; it’s usually about keeping the mix of a small table right. An invite link can confirm your seat straight away if there’s room.
What it costs
- Joining Ayvro and requesting a seat is free. There’s no entry fee or membership.
- Some plans include a paid service, like a padel court, a rage room, a studio, a class or a house and film crew. The plan shows an approximate cost per person, and we tell you the exact amount before your seat is confirmed. That’s the only thing you pay us for.
- Food and drinks at a café or restaurant are yours to order and pay for.
- If we cancel a plan you’ve paid us for, you get back what you paid us for it. If you cancel, tell us as early as you can. Whether a service cost can be refunded depends on the booking, and we’ll tell you that when we confirm your seat.
Showing up and cancelling
Seats are limited, so if you can’t make it, cancel in My plans before the plan starts so someone else can go. If you often don’t show up without cancelling, we may stop confirming your requests.
How we expect people to behave
- Be respectful. No harassment, hate, intimidation or unwanted advances, online or in person.
- Consent matters, including for photos and videos of other guests.
- Rants are for venting, not naming and shaming. Keep real names of people and companies out of it, and keep what others share to yourself.
- Nothing illegal, and drink responsibly where alcohol is allowed.
- Hosts can ask anyone to leave a plan, and we can suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your safety
A host is at every plan. If something feels wrong, tell your host or email hello@ayvro.in. Some plans are physical (padel, runs, ice baths, go-karts). Take part at your own pace, follow the venue’s rules and instructors, and check with a doctor first if you’re unsure about your health. You’re responsible for your own belongings.
Big Boss Weekend
This plan is filmed and the footage is shared on Ayvro’s social media. You’ll sign a filming consent before you move in. Hosts are on site the whole time and you can leave whenever you want.
Keep it private
Venue addresses and WhatsApp group links are for confirmed guests. Please don’t share them.
Our responsibility
We work hard to run good, safe plans, but we can’t control third-party venues or guarantee every plan goes ahead. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits responsibilities that can’t be limited by law.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms we’ll update the date at the top, and email members about big changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: hello@ayvro.in.
How we handle your data is in our privacy notice.
