Host the table.
We fill it.
Ayvro plans are small, themed and hand-picked, and every one has a host who knows your name. Bring the warmth, the skill or the space. We bring people who already said yes: 456 right-swipes are waiting on the plans below.

Three ways to host.
Community host
You run the room.
Welcome people by name, keep the table warm, run the games and the talk part. You don’t need a skill, just the knack of making strangers feel like regulars.
Guests who’ve been to a few plans and loved themSpecialist
You bring the thing.
Coach the padel, teach the pottery, hold the sound bath, write the quiz. We fill your session with people who already want it.
Coaches, teachers, practitioners, quiz mastersVenue partner
You have the space.
A café corner, a court, a studio, a rage room. We bring a full, curated group on the nights you’re usually quiet.
Cafés, courts, studios, activity venuesWhat you get
You host.
We handle the rest.
An audience that already said yes
People swipe right on plans before they exist. Your first table is half full before you set a date.
We book the venue
Ayvro books and pays the venue from guests’ service costs. You never front money.
The kit
Run-of-show, icebreakers, house-rules card and a door list on your phone. Every plan, minute by minute.
Get paid
Specialists earn their usual fee through the service cost. Community hosts get a per-event host fee, which we’re setting with our first cohort.
Free plans
Join other Ayvro plans on the house, and get first pick of new formats.
A founder on call
Gauransh or Aryan is a WhatsApp away on every one of your nights.
How it works
From “I’d host that”
to your first table.
- Apply
Two minutes, below. Tell us the event you’d bring and how you’d host it.
- Intro call
Twenty minutes with a founder. A quick ID check, then we call your reference.
- Learn the playbook
Read it, then a 10-question quiz on house rules and safety.
- Shadow
Co-host one founder-run table: you take the door and one segment.
- Host
Your first two tables with a founder on call. Then they’re yours.
The Ayvro standard.
What every guest gets, at every tableA welcome drink in every hand within a minute of arriving.
You know every guest’s name and one thing about them before doors open.
One host for every eight guests. Two hosts for anything over twelve.
What’s said here stays here. No names in rants. No recording. Advice only when asked.
Thank-you, consented photos and a three-question feedback form, the next day.
The bar. Hosts who keep guests coming back get first pick of tables.
Safety
Safe rooms
are the product.
Strangers only open up when they feel safe, so safety is in the playbook, not left to luck.
- Two hosts at every evening plan, with a woman host at every mixed one.
- The address goes only to confirmed guests, two hours before. Never posted.
- You check everyone in by name. Not on the list, not in the room.
- Nobody ends the night alone with a stranger. Groups leave together.
- You can ask anyone to leave, no debate. Tell us the same night and we handle the rest.
- Photos only of people who said yes. Big Boss-style filming needs a signed consent first.
The money
No entry fee.
Honest costs.
Guests never pay Ayvro to get in. They pay the real cost of the paid part, shown up front. It keeps rooms full and keeps everyone, you included, on the same side.
- Guests join₹0
Nobody pays to get in. Ever. That’s why rooms fill.
- The serviceAt cost
The court, the class, the studio: the real per-person cost, shown on the plan. Specialists’ fees live here.
- Their orderTheirs
Food and drinks are ordered and paid by each guest at the venue.
Hosting questions
Before you apply.
Do I need to be an expert?
Not to be a community host. You need warmth, organisation and calm when things go sideways. Specialists bring a skill they already teach or practise.
How much time does it take?
About an hour to prep, the plan itself (two to three hours), and twenty minutes after for the thank-you and feedback. Most hosts do two or three tables a month.
How do I get paid?
Specialists: your fee is part of the service cost guests pay, settled within 48 hours of the plan. Community hosts: a per-event host fee, which we’re finalising with our first cohort, plus free plans.
Can I host my own event?
Yes, that’s the point. Bring your own idea and we’ll help shape it into an Ayvro plan: theme, size, run-of-show, venue. If you’d rather start with something tested, our plan library is there too.
Who picks the guests?
Guests request a seat and we approve for a good mix: first-timers and regulars, people who chose this plan. You see the list and the mix before the night.
What if something goes wrong?
You follow the playbook, ask anyone to leave if you need to, and call us. We handle it from there and close it out with you within 72 hours.
